William Randall Neal, 39, of Daytona Beach, Florida, died June 18,
2010 in Ormond Beach, Florida. He was the son of Carla
Neal.
Born in Columbia, MO, William and his family moved to Salem when he was 10 years old. He
was a graduate of Salem High School and I.B.E.W. in Boston, MA where he became a licensed
electrician. When William was 26 he moved to Daytona Beach.
Surviving
him are his younger brother, Jonathan Splaine, and his younger sister, Lyndsey
Splaine both of Salem, MA.
A memorial
visitation will be held in the Berube and Sons Funeral Home, 191 Lafayette St. (Rt.1A/114) Salem, Saturday,
July 24, 2010 from 2 – 4 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited.
